Senior Vice President, Investment Banking

Supervise, guide and manage junior advisors in interviewing clients to determine financial status and short and long-term financial goals and manage clients' financial portfolios. Guide junior advisors in formulating recommendations based on forecasting trends to interpret international financial markets and economic conditions. Manage and guide junior advisors in analyzing and recommending strategies and financial products to clients based on economic data and provide investment reports for the following types of securities: listed and OTC equities, listed options, corporate bonds, government/agency bonds, foreign bonds, offshore mutual financial funds, and foreign securities in foreign markets. Oversee management of company's assets to ensure financial stability and growth.

A master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a closely related field, and 60 months' experience as an Investment Advisor, Financial Advisor, Private Banker, or a related position, is required. Must hold FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) Series 7, Series 63, and Series 24 Licenses.
